MatchCare Hub is an online platform that connects families with caregivers, including nannies and babysitters, to facilitate the process of finding and hiring trusted childcare. Through our platform, users can create profiles, complete compatibility questionnaires, explore potential matches, and communicate externally to discuss job opportunities. MatchCare Hub also provides tools for identity verification, background checks, scheduling, and subscription management to support a safe, transparent, and efficient matching experience.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
As a user of MatchCare Hub, you agree to:
All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of MatchCare Hub, LLC or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
By submitting content to MatchCare Hub, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any medium. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.
MatchCare Hub may conduct background checks and verification processes for caregivers. Users are responsible for independently verifying information and conducting their own due diligence before hiring any caregiver.
Payment for services is due as specified at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Families pay a one-time fee of $49.99 for access to curated matches. Nannies can join for free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MatchCare Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. MatchCare Hub disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MatchCare Hub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
MatchCare Hub reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without notice or liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
